The IHC 2027 programme will be submitted for accreditation.
IHC 2027 will apply for European CME accreditation
The 23rd Congress of the International Headache Society (IHC 2027) will be submitting the programme for accreditation by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) for European CME credits (ECMEC®s).
If the application is successful, each medical specialist will be able to claim CME corresponding to the number of hours spent in accredited educational sessions.
Further information on accreditation status, eligible sessions and claiming CME credits will be published as the accreditation process progresses.
Designed for medical specialists and healthcare professionals
CME accreditation supports the educational value of congress participation and allows eligible medical specialists to claim credits for time spent in accredited educational sessions, subject to the final accreditation outcome.
Full details on eligible sessions, the number of credits available and how to claim credits will be confirmed closer to the Congress.
Accreditation status and credit details will be confirmed when available.
Eligible specialists may claim credits based on their attendance at accredited educational sessions.
Credit recognition for US physicians
The UEMS-EACCME® and the American Medical Association (AMA) have an agreement for the recognition of eligible CME credits. Physicians holding an MD, DO or equivalent medical degree may apply to the AMA to have eligible EACCME® European CME Credits (ECMEC®s) converted to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.
Conversion is administered directly by the AMA. Eligible physicians should follow the AMA's current instructions and requirements when applying for credit conversion.
Further CME details will be published in due course
